Terms of Service

Welcome to RNKD! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RNKD Padel mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using RNKD, you agree to these Terms.

1. What RNKD Does

RNKD is a padel ranking platform that allows players to:

• Track match results and scores
• Calculate and view rankings within communities
• Connect with other padel players
• Join and create playing communities

2. Your Account

Creating an Account

To use RNKD, you need to create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or WhatsApp. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about yourself
• Keeping your account secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use RNKD. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. How to Use RNKD

Fair Play

RNKD's ranking system relies on honest reporting. You agree to:

• Report match results accurately and honestly
• Not manipulate rankings through fake matches or scores
• Not create multiple accounts to inflate rankings
• Respect other players and maintain good sportsmanship

Community Guidelines

When interacting with other players, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content
• Impersonate other players or create fake profiles
• Use RNKD for any illegal purpose

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user violating these guidelines immediately without prior notice.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile photos, match data). By using RNKD, you grant us permission to:

• Display your profile and match results to other community members
• Use your data to calculate rankings
• Store and process your information as described in our Privacy Policy

5. Ranking System

Our ranking algorithm calculates your position based on match results, opponent strength, and other factors. You acknowledge that:

• Rankings are calculated automatically and may fluctuate
• We may adjust the ranking algorithm to improve accuracy
• Rankings are for recreational and community purposes
• We don't guarantee rankings will reflect official tournament standings

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep RNKD available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance
• Modify features to improve the experience
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice

7. Termination

By You

You can stop using RNKD anytime. To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in ranking manipulation
• Harass other users
• Use the service for illegal purposes

8. Disclaimer

RNKD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Rankings will be perfectly accurate
• All features will be available in all regions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RNKD and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continuing to use RNKD after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
